TERMS OF SERVICE

I have the right to refuse service to absolutely anybody that I am not comfortable doing business with.I am a struggling artist, currently unemployed and the money I make on commissions is barely enough for me to get by. I am happy to discuss refunds with commissioners, but please understand that while I am out of work, it will likely take me longer to refund you rather than complete your commission.CHARGEBACKS WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC BLOCK AND BLACKLIST.Please do not consistently check in for updates on your commission. I will always reach out to customers as I make progress, and the consistent messages make me highly anxious.My turnaround time varies from anywhere between three days, and three months. Larger orders such as reference sheets or highly detailed pieces tend to take me a while longer, and it all depends on my queue as well. I try to be as speedy as I can, but I am only human and sometimes I get burnt out and need breaks! Please do be mindful of this before commissioning me!When a client commissions art from me, said client (or the rightful owner of the character that i was commissioned to draw) has the right to use that artwork however they please, as long as the proper credit is given to me.DO NOT USE MY ART WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. PERIOD.

BLACKLIST

Nobody on my blacklist is permitted to own any of my designs. If I find out a blacklisted individual is in possession of one of my designs, the character will be taken from them and returned to me, with of without the user's cooperation.

"Auggy" pseudonymph8 on instagram / pseudos on toyhouse - known for scamming and ghosting artists without paying. Multiple people have complained about having the same experience with him. He abused me for nearly two years while I lived with him, as well as animals, including one of my birds that he got killed. Cheated on me and spread lies about me after I broke up with him and moved states. A beware document with evidence against him is in the works, I will link it here as soon as it is finished.

"Ashe" luvhbites on instagram- serial abuser, groomer, and sexual predator. I am one of his many victims who have come forward. He has threatened me with a gun, doxxed me and publicly posted my full legal deadname, pressured me into having sex with him on multiple occasions, used my suicide attempts against me to victimise himself, and a multitude of other horrid behaviours.
